Common Questions
You can track your order by visiting the tracking page and entering your order number.
It takes 2-7 business days to create apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Then add shipping times on top of that. In most cases, speed and price depends on product type and destination.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, we accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us. PLEASE NOTE: This return policy does not apply to mystery items, mystery bundles, or items marked as final sale.
In each product listing, you will find size charts that can guide you in selecting the right size.
To ensure accurate measurements, it is recommended to measure an article of clothing you know fits you well and compare those measurements to the size chart provided. Be sure to measure that sample article of clothing on a flat surface for accurate results.
Please note: check the size chart of each item as some of our items may have different fitting based on apparel design.
Taking the time to measure and check the size chart will help you find the ideal fit for you and will make for a much better shopping experience.
