Orders

Our team painstakingly crafted, tested, and reviewed each design in-house. Every design we offer is infused with hope, brimming with love, and radiating positivity for all individuals who hold a place in their hearts for God.
In each product listing, you will find size charts that can guide you in selecting the right size.
To ensure accurate measurements, it is recommended to measure a shirt that fits you well and compare those measurements to the size chart provided. Be sure to measure the shirt on a flat surface for accurate results.
Please note: By measuring your shirt and writing down the measurements, you will have a reference point to find the perfect size from our wide range of options.
It is also crucial to check the size chart as our items may have different fitting compared to what you are used to wearing. For example, shirts can have slight variations of up to half an inch from the measurements on the size chart, and the placement of designs may vary by up to a quarter of an inch. Therefore, referring to the size chart will help ensure that your item fits perfectly.
Taking the time to measure and consult the size chart will greatly enhance your shopping experience and help you find the ideal fit for your clothing.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to divide orders and ship items to multiple addresses at this time.
If you wish to send different items to different addresses, we kindly request that you make separate orders for each address.

Our policy regarding cancellations states that they are only permitted within 12 hours of placing your order.
For "quickship" orders that's already been has been shipped, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations. We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
Shipping
Your order will be dispatched within 4 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. In the event that you place an order during a sale, please anticipate a slightly longer shipping time of 8 to 10 days. Our utmost priority is to ship all orders as expeditiously as possible.
After your order has been processed, you have the option to choose between standard shipping, which typically takes 3 to 6 days, or priority mail, which usually arrives within 1 to 3 days.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused. We offer a replacement for any items that have been damaged and have been taken care of according to our care instructions. This replacement is available for up to 90 days from the date of delivery confirmation. To initiate the replacement process, kindly send us an email along with photographs of the damaged items. Currently, the rate of shipping for all orders is determined by the chosen shipping option during checkout.
For standard shipping, the cost may differ depending on the item, but it is generally estimated to be around $4.99. This shipping method typically takes about 3-6 business days to reach its destination, excluding any processing time. Rest assured, we provide tracking information so that you can easily track your order and know exactly when it will arrive at your doorstep.
If you prefer a faster delivery, we also offer Priority Mail as an alternative. By selecting this option during checkout, you can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 business days.

Returns
We understand that sometimes, purchasing items online can be challenging. That's why we provide the option to return or exchange unworn and unwashed apparel*. This offer stands as long as the desired size or color is still available in our inventory, and it must be done within 15 days from the date of delivery confirmation.
