General Order and Delivery Information

When you place an order with us, we want to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process. To achieve this, we ship your order via one of our national or regional carriers, depending on your mailing address and the shipping option you select at checkout.

It's important to remember that any estimated delivery dates shown during the checkout process are just estimations. Carriers may experience seasonal or unexpected delays, so we kindly ask that you allow up to 14 days for your package to be delivered before contacting us to open a lost box claim.

Please note that we currently only ship within the continental United States and do not ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Unfortunately, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable.

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping method is available for orders weighing 1lb and under. For most orders, the flat rate will be approximately $4.69. If your order weighs over 1lb (for instance hoodies and sweaters), the flat rate is approximately $8.49. However, any order over $100 will qualify for free shipping. Please note that while most packages arrive within 5-7 business days, we cannot guarantee delivery on the estimated date shown during checkout.

Shipping Limitations

As mentioned earlier, we currently only ship within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is unavailable at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, and we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once you've placed your order, we want to keep you informed about its progress. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a shipment notification email with tracking information.

To track your order, you can click on the "View your order" button in your order email. Simply click "Track order with Shop" button. This will provide you with the most up-to-date information about the whereabouts of your package.
